WHAT IS A CERTIFICATE OF STATUS?

Certificates of Status checks the current status of an organization (for example: active or struck). A Certificate of Status is not available for Trade Names or Partnerships.

How do you GET A CERTIFICATE OF STATUS?

Please provide the following information:

  • The name of the company (or corporate access number).
  • A date, if you require it to be date-specific.

For online service: If you are doing the service online, please pay online and then email or fax (403.246.0647) us the above requirements, along with your payment receipt. Once we receive the above information, we will e-mail you the Certificate of Status.
